Rent in Broughton, Edinburgh

Edinburgh's vibrant LGBTQ+ quarter and one of the city's most lively neighbourhoods. Broughton Street is lined with independent cafes, bars, delicatessens, and bookshops, giving the area a bohemian, community-oriented feel. Housing is mainly Georgian and Victorian tenement flats, often with generous proportions. Being at the east end of the New Town, it's extremely central — the bus station, Playhouse Theatre, and top of Leith Walk are all within a few minutes' walk. Rents reflect the central location but are slightly below the New Town proper.
